Set of 3 Large Vintage Boxes - Spitalfields

I hate to do this because it's not a review of the item - the boxes were fine, they were as expected. But to receive this invitation for a review when I've been chasing for over two months in missing items that have not been sent or refunded is really frustrating.

My order has been incomplete since March and you have made many excuses about Royal Mail not collecting your items, but your lack of customer care and inability to keep your customers updated is on you, not the postal service.
