At Cheshire Furniture, we believe in fair pricing. If you find the same product at a lower price from another UK retailer, send the details to info@cheshirefurniture.co.uk and we’ll review it in line with the terms below.

How it works
If you find an identical product at a lower price from another retailer, send us the details before you buy, or within the period set out below after purchase, and we will review your request.
Where your claim meets the conditions of this policy, we will either:

match the lower price before you buy, or

refund the difference after purchase

Terms and conditions
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions apply:
1. Identical product
The item must be exactly the same as the one sold by Cheshire Furniture, including:

brand
-
model
-
size
-
colour
-
material
-
specification
-
finish
2. UK retailers only
The lower price must be offered by a UK-based retailer selling directly to customers.
3. Item must be in stock
The product must be in stock and available to order from both Cheshire Furniture and the competing retailer at the time the claim is checked.
4. Proof of the lower price
You must provide evidence of the lower price. This should usually include:

the competitor’s website link

the product name
-
the advertised price
-
any delivery charges
-
a screenshot, where relevant

5. Time limit for claims
If you have already placed your order with Cheshire Furniture, any request for a refund of the difference must be made within 7 days of purchase.
6. Final price comparison
The comparison will be based on the total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

clearance, closing down or liquidation sales

ex-display, refurbished, second-hand or damaged goods
-
marketplace sellers or third-party sellers on platforms such as Amazon, eBay or similar websites

member-only pricing, trade pricing or staff discount schemes
-
discount codes, voucher codes, cashback offers or multi-buy promotions
-
auction sites or bidding platforms
-
bespoke, made-to-order or customised items
-
pricing errors or misprints
-
finance offers, bundle deals or added-value promotions
-
competitors outside the UK
Our decision
All price match requests are reviewed individually. Cheshire Furniture reserves the right to verify the competing offer and to refuse a claim where the conditions above are not met.
Our decision on whether a product qualifies for a price match is final.
